Combined Technologies for Beams

DRILL 

Lantek Flex3d Steelwork supports combined drilling operations, such as drill, tap, C-sink, ream and milling (only for obrounds) with one or 3 drilling head(s) and regardless the number of drilling stations.

MARKING

Lantek Flex3d Steelwork is able to handle the following type of marking:

  • Marking with robot, using cutting head, is capable to mark any outline.
  • Marking with drill, using a special rotating tool with a sharp end, that scratches the metal while moving and marks any outline.
  • Stamping, using a wheel with letters, numbers and symbols. The wheel rotates to the desired character and is stamped in the metal.
